I’ve noticed that quite a few excavators bought by North American buyers get held at customs for various reasons. To recover their losses, people try all kinds of solutions. In most cases, the easiest way to handle it is to resell the machine to another country.

For excavators that have already been detained, I cannot help with clearing customs. But if you want to sell your excavator to another country, I can help.

Here’s how you can do it:

Record a video of your excavator in landscape, 4K, 60fps, and at least 3 minutes long. You can talk about the excavator in the video, or organize the details in writing and send them to me.

Include information such as: your introduction, excavator details, VIN, engine serial number, steel stamps, price, why you bought the machine, which company you purchased it from, and the reason it was held by customs.

You can also include detailed photos of the excavator. I’ll edit them into the video.

Feel free to share your thoughts too. If you were scammed, you can post a warning for others.

You can send the video via email, or upload it to your cloud storage and give me download access.

If your excavator wasn’t held by customs, and you just want to sell a machine from home, that’s fine too. As long as I have the time, I can help.
