- Engine: At 1,900 hours, the thermostat in the engine failed, which was repaired at a minimal cost. After 5,000 hours, the machine experienced a loss of power. After servicing, including adjusting the fuel pump and replacing six plungers and six injectors (costing 3,900 yuan), the issue was resolved. It was later found that the issue was due to excessive water in the fuel, and after paying more attention to fuel quality, similar issues didn’t occur again.
- Hydraulic System: No major problems reported.
- Other Issues: The original bucket’s blade mount experienced issues, and the dealer replaced it once. Welding repairs were also frequent, with total costs amounting to over 10,000 yuan. These issues were largely due to the harsh working conditions in stone excavation.
